Autizan Privacy Policy

Cloud Space LLC (“Cloud Space,” “we,” “our,” “us”) runs the Autizan mobile app and related sites (the “Service”). This notice explains (a) what personal information we collect, (b) why we collect it, (c) how we share it, and (d) your choices.

“Legal basis” is required wording under GDPR; we include it because EU users may sign up.

Childrens' Data
We do not let a child create an account alone. A parent or legal guardian must set up the profile and give verifiable consent.
We minimize what we collect from children and use it only to provide learning features.
We comply with the revised 2025 COPPA Rule and state laws that treat children’s data as “sensitive.”

Educational-Use Add-On (FERPA)
If a school or district signs a written agreement with us, any student data we hold are “education records.” We act as a school official under FERPA and follow the school’s instructions.

Sharing and Disclosure
We never sell personal information. We share only:
- Service providers that host data, process payments, or supply analytics; each is bound by a contract that bars them from using data for their own purposes.
- Law enforcement if required by valid subpoena, court order, or to prevent harm.
- A buyer if we sell or merge the business (you will receive notice and can close your account).

International Transfers
We store data in the United States. If we transfer EU/UK data abroad we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data Retention
We delete or anonymize personal data:
- within 30 days after you close your account, or
- after two years of inactivity, whichever comes first, unless we must keep it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

Security
We use TLS, at-rest encryption, access controls, and annual penetration tests. No system is perfect, but we work to keep data safe.

Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may:
- Access the data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Port a copy (plain text or JSON);
- Opt out of personalized content or analytics;
- Appeal if we deny a privacy request (as required by new state laws).

Cookies and Similar Tools
Our website uses only:
- Strictly necessary cookies (session and security);
- First-party analytics (no cross-site tracking).
You see a consent banner the first time you visit. In the mobile app we use device storage rather than cookies, but the purposes are the same.

Changes to This Policy
We post updates here and change the “Effective Date.” If we make a major change we give 30 days’ notice by email or in-app message. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the changes.
